LOOKING TO STAY IN SHAPE DURING THE FALL/WINTER!
Speed/Agility/Quickness & Conditioning Runs with Ron Greenfield from No Limit Fitness:
These sessions are open to all H.S. and College student/athletes and will last approximately 1
hour...bring water (inhaler if needed). There is NO CHARGE for these sessions......
Monday : 3-4pm (HS players only)
Thursdays: 3-4pm (HS players only)
Saturday: 1:15pm NOTT Road Park, Guilderland

The Bethlehem Lacrosse Club was organized in June of 2006 to give players in the community
the chance to play regional teams and improve their competitive skills. Everyone involved in the
lacrosse club is a volunteer including the coaches and coordinator.
